Reguardless of what it is called, is there anything you can do to remain more functional through out the seasons?
I have to exercise, use a light box, I am going to try adding more vitamin D and last year I did not need lexapro, which I liked using very much the last two years before that...but I hate coming off them, the side effects for me were awful.
I also crave carbs. Big time. which can lead to weight gain. so, I try to be good all day, and then at night I give in a little bit.
