Stay active - exercise if you can. Keep busy, and don't just sit around.
Don't oversleep ~ sleeping too much makes things worse.
Make sure you eat healthy!! Get plenty of fruits and vegetables!! Drink plenty of liquids too.
The most important part is taking your meds and staying in the LIGHT!!! You'll feel better I promise. Just hold on and things will improve! God bless. Hugs, Lee
Dark green veggies are what you need. Kale, Spinach all that good stuff will help. And Excercise helps alot as well.
