Sciatica Support Group
Sciatica is a term meaning pain that originates from compression of the sciatic nerve, the longest and largest nerve in the body. If the sciatic nerve is pinched or compressed (perhaps by a bulging disc in the low back) a patient may experience leg pain--the classic symptom of sciatica.

I am not familiar with any low carb foods specifically helping with sciatica.
At work I eat the Low Carb chocolate bars (only the small ones) for lunch with a coffee :)
It seems to fill me up for a few hours and the bars are low carb, low fat, low sugar but plenty of protein.
I do seem to feel good if I eat pineapple - can't explain why though (might be just the sugar).
Another thing that I am aware of in terms of food/drink connecting with sciatica is I have my second coffee by lunch time and rarely drink alcohol. If I do have alcohol I limit it to 2 drinks. Otherwise my sciatica pain goes crazy.
Not sure I have been much help here. If you find out more info it would be great if you could share with the group.
Cheers
And hope you get to pain free!
While a low carb diet is good just make sure you get enough fiber and protein, I take extra fiber 3 times a day. It did not help with my pain but I did lose 26 pounds.
I found the steroid lumbar shots worked for my pain.
