How do you deal with your symptoms?
I laugh at them, cause there so stupid sometimes
I distract myself by reading books, and writing only the parts I agree with cause sometimes, those words can change from regular words to bizarre words like they are talking to me sometimes, which I know it's only in my mind....
Pretend its a movie
Argue with voices or negative self talk
see a doctor
that's all i can think of right now....
