Metformin (Glucophage) is generic and is absolutely available for this purpose so ask your doc about it if curious

This is GREAT News! I had read about Glucophage being used along with Anti-Psychotics to help control weight gain.
I am on Seroquel for PTSD, and have gained 40lbs since April '07. It's distressing to me.

http://jungcircle.com/schiznatural.htp I wemt to natural remidies for shiz and thi si sone of the addresses that came up. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO COME OFF PRESCRIBED MEDICATION. However say if you were already considering it or are not on meds but suffering then go to this site. I now take mw]herbs which are not very effective but have seen slow improverments. Still miss my meds though.
