In this past month of March, my Schizophrenia has been inbetween.This month, I have only had 2 or 3 hallucinations.One was at nightime in my bedroom. All I remember is seeing these bright orange flames floating in the middle space that lasted a few seconds to a minute at most. It definitely frightened me. It brought up thoughts of hell and the devil. I very much dislike these kind of thoughts. The second one was seeing many white lights moving around above and over my head. I thought this was strange and confusing. Earlier today, I looked out the family room window up into the cloudy, rainy sky. All of a sudden I saw this flashing light which was in the shape of a lightning bolt. I know it wasn't real lightning because there was no thunderstorm going on at that time, just rain and wind. As far as delusions, delusionary thoughts, I haven't had any that I can remember.

When it comes to schizophrenic thoughts; one day last week I was having schizophrenic thoughts or possibly voices. Anyways, they were telling me to kill myself or my psychologist As far as the medicine I am taking for the Schizophrenia, I am still taking 20mg of Abilify. I think it is working for me for the most part though I still side effects- severe weight gain, headaches, stomach pain and new involuntary, jumpy,jittery and uncontrolled movements, in my face,jaw,tongue and legs. It is difficult when my psychiatric registered nurse practitioner will not listen to me and my family'concerns about my schizophrenia med.

I hope in the coming month of April , I will continue to improve and feel better.
