Sometimes I find myself becoming very rigid in my thinking
and this also usually presents a very narrow view.
At these times, I will find myself not being able to see
another perspective than my own.
Keeping active is a way to shake it off, when I can. I've tried to figure it out
but I thought to bring it here.
I am just wondering if "rigidity" and a limited social perspective is
part of Sz?
I just reread my most recent journal entry and it is like I am fumbling through concepts and it's not very clear.

Taking inspiration from another post I made i am trying to reach beyond my comfort zones. Once in a comfortable place I can be so rigid so as to not be able to think beyond that comfort zone.
Once I do think beyond the comfort zone - the moods can be all OVER THE PLACE! Just a mess. I am trying to move on with my day - and I find that like any other in this situation ( as in not having a good day) we all have to tough it out and just make it a better day. Focus on things that can help make it a better day and distract us. Sorry if this is ranting. I just wanted to share. I need to keep active because right now, I don't feel so good.
