How about the phone counselling lines? Can you see your doctor?you might just need a med adjustment.

I just remembered my pdoc is out for one more week! and my pdoc's dr on call is terrible at his job!!!! I HATE MONTANA!

if I call the therapist on call I will have to go ip and I dont want too!

in this small town when the pdoc is out of town! the over medicate then send you home! It suck and should be illegal!

what has worked for me is a whole different approach... i started doing things differently...like listening to them ...like i took the time out to care about them ... it takes awhile but they have responded well... lone gone are the days when they were attacking me... they are like trapped inside and isolated and we tend to not even have a clue as to what they are... they are tied to our whole person... when you analyze it ...they have it much worse them we do...they feel all alone and react like they hate us... they just want to be noticed and loved ... they will fight you for control...and they do not want you to realize that you are the one who has all the control

I am sorry your voices are angry. I sure this is very hard on you.

People on here like you and are concerned about you. I think your voices are also mistaken about your family not wanting to deal with you, and it is very rude of them to say such mean things.

Is there a mental health crisis line you can call in your area? Sometimes it helps to talk to someone about your options.

Obviously you need to get your voices under control. They don't have a right to say those things to you. Caz's approach is a good one...but it is a little like herding cats...it is going to take time and practice...and maybe you aren't strong enough for that right now.

I think that the hospital would be a good idea right now. Of course it would be even better if you could see your doctor...but right now you just have to make the best of a less than perfect situation. and get those voices under control. You can't deal with this sort of relentless abuse and assault on you own...it is exhausting.

I think you should go to the hospital now...and then see your doctor as soon as possible for a better ongoing solution.

I got my regular doctor on the phone earlier this evening and I am so happy that I talked to her! she was very helpful!! I got a medication change but can't change till tomorrow! luckily today was much better!
