Ive been paranoid my whole life and sense a presence in my house that makes me feel really disturbed I know its in my mind, I also see things like small bright lights all over the room when its dark.
Im really hypersensitive and take everything to heart which makes me anxious. I have bad problems keeping relationships and I tend to spend more and more time on my own now, also my impulses seem to win everytime which makes it hard for me to get anything done.
Do these sound like symptoms of schizophrenia if so what do I need to do?

But will just post what I wrote in your last one and have edited it a bit.
Only a Psychiatrist can make a correct diagnosis. The best bet is talk to your GP (family doctor) to get a referral and other help. i.e. if there is a free clinic etc if moneys a problem and what help is your area etc etc etc. You really dob't need a referral to see a Psychiatrist and can find most in the phone book net etc. But the GP or what some call the family doctor is a really good place to start.
Some form of counselling is also a steep to take. , It doesn't require a referral even if you don't get a diagnosis from what you have posted. it sounds like you do need help there. There are many op[tions with this one because even most churches run free counselling sessions. This is open to any one so you don't have to go to that church or be religious. .But thee are many places that do some form of free counselling that have no religious association if that's a problem, for you.
