Hi there everyone again - Been a while since I posted last but I'm always lurking around just really difficult to find the right words to say sometimes.
Anyway, I just recovered from a minor psychotic episode and I've just realised that a person who helped me through it online is not real. There is no trace of her anywhere. We would talk for hours not just on this site but on other sites as well, she would pop up everywhere, I suppose that should of been my first warning.
But it's hit me today that I may well never speak to her again - this is like the third time that I make friends with someone who isnt real and I don't know how much longer I can keep going like this. I dont really know why Im writing this, I guess Im just looking if anyone has been through anything similar??

Sorry no experience with it. Although do wonder sometimes with the net also. It.Is in the realm of jungian psychology which is outside of my knowledge. . Although am inclined to say if your having them about the net need to spend more time with real people...Have seen you around on the BP board a few times so know you have still been on DS.

A strong delusion of mine was that a famous man was fascinated with me and following me around when I started taking antipsychotics and the delusion went away I felt very lonely after that. I don't know if that is anything like losing an imaginary friend. but I think I understand somewhat.

I have had something very similar... but it was in person. Whenever I was at school, I'd meet this little bird that would talk to me, but then one day it never came back. What I do sometimes to prevent this, is I do a reality check... I look over things I did that day, and think about them. I look up people in the year book, or I'll look at messages if I got emails... It helped me a lot. Although, I do have it happen occasionally.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
