latuda or lurasidone

I was just started on Latuda on friday. the generic is lurasidone not out till 2013. anyone on it?? any experience is welcome! ~jenni~

I'm on Latuda and it's made a world of difference. My blood sugars went down dramatically and my psychosis has gotten better too. I highly recommend it.

Well, it works differently for everyone... for me it was good in the beginning, but then I kept getting worse and worse and was almost hospitalized.

as a note of personal preference ...please also share your experience here in this thread if you do... im trying to learn all i can... and i wouldnt want to miss anything you might have to say ...i have learned to value your opinion

I was on Latuda when it first came out...a couple months after. It worked great at first. I was taking 80mg for a few months and then I had a break down and ended up in the hospital because it stopped working. I am now on Clozaril and it is working better for me.

I'm currently taking 100mg of latuda at night. It works for me and I've been on it for about a year now. The only problem I have with it is it gives me sometimes terrible headaches after I take it. Even though it does that I am able to go to sleep and wake up fine in the morning.
