I think that no matter what our troubles may be, there is time to take downtime and relax and find your rythm of things or something, but I also believe it is important on a level to keep challenged.
Like a balance of anything, I think it's important that we tap into that 'go go go' energy that we all have yet also understand our limits or just what kind of bandwidth we do have (to use an internet kind of metaphor) for our life's journey. If we don't challenge ourselves that go go energy can turn on ourselves, it really can and make us miserable.
I am seeing this now that I might have lofty goals and plans and yet when faced with the literal implementation of them, I just can't make them go forward. I mean my own personal stumbling block is making me face my own limits (maybe new limits due to my illness) of what I can achieve. This reality has also made me see the reality that even though I may be limited I need to keep somewhat challenged in life - it keeps me level and happy.
I can have down time of course but the equalizing of a challenge like my part time job or just being on my own keeps me balanced. I hope not to seem self righteous here but really just inspirational to an extent. I am not sure if anyone else has come to a similiar realization. Peace. MM

Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo
i definitely agree with you. too much idle time is bad news in my world too, and when i'm working crazy hours, well, that's bad news too.
it IS all about balance.
it sounds like you're doing well and stable. excellent!!!
i would encourage all of us to do this more often here on the board...
lets fight the feeling of ...."oh that might sound stupid" and thoughts like that ...that get us in a place that's contrary to what we want and need from each other here and in our lives....
personally i go through very similar thoughts and emotions when i get to a point of needing to analyze my need to break out of the mold of day to day inaction...
your on the right track with your thinking here Mark...
push push push... we all have to believe in who we are and fight for what we want... i see you working it out with your head and this builds us up and gives us courage to want what inwardly we know is possible if we want it bad enough...
thanks
