Yeah don't recommend doing it on your own.You will have tamper it down the slower the better for you. Never been on that med but be the same for all meds and would be more difficult the longer you been on tit.

not to be played with... work with your doctor on this... or suffer the consequences...

When I took myself off ativan it was a very slow process, if you take a gel cap you wont be able to cut yourself down and will have to talk to your dr. if not then cut just little pices at a time slowly .. as with meds like that you risk the paws thing .. post acute withdrawl syndrom, it can last up to 2 years and youll wish you was dead... so with everybody else please seek the advice of your dr.
