Schizophrenia Support Group
Schizophrenia is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental disorder characterized by impairments in the perception of reality and by significant social dysfunction. Untreated schizophrenia is typically characterized by demonstrating disorganized thinking and experiencing delusions or auditory hallucinations.
do you ever sing? i have found that it helps me, and i have read that music therapy is one way to treat schizophrenia. you might try having singalongs with your child. singing with my son (he is 1 and a half) is what gets me through sometimes. i know it sounds silly, but that is the point. it is good to let loose and focus on what is truly important in life; love, laughter, and truth. i know that will not solve all of intense issues facing you, but maybe you meet them with a smile on your lips.
hope and strength to you, and always, luck.
But the truth is the kids are not going to be traumatized by the complications of the divorce procedures, all the emotional hang ups between you and your ex husband, the fact that everyone will judge you because your marriage failed and that makes you a failure and all the other 'grown up' bullshite we act out and take so seriously.
All of that is just the silly games grown ups play with each other just like our kids do but ours have consequences.
Children don't understand all the adult complications- they just react to how You are with them when you're with them at that moment.
So as far as your son is concerned just be normal with him. think about how you are around him. don't sob and and fight with your ex or play games that he will never understand around him because that will traumatize him. Your Son will be fine.
The lumps on breast and where ever else are nothing. If you are young and healthy then there is nothing to worry about. If you aren't young and healthy then I'd suggest a Raw foods diet for a month and take more walks and drink more water. Learn to breathe from your diaphragm and do it consciously every day for 5 mins a day and you will live to a hundred.
Hope this helps.
