extreme emoitions voices etc.

lately i have been really down on myself hearing voices that degrade me and seeing demon shadows with red eyes and picturing myself cutting my arm and watching blood drip to the floor i always have trouble during holidays life sucks

It's going to be okay. I know it may not seem like it. But I realized today that making it through life like everyone else is an everyday triumph for us. We are special, and strong.....even when we don't feel like it. Your not alone in trying to make it through this holiday season. I'm here with you and we are gonna get through this and triumph again.

Getting down on myself definitely makes my symptoms worse. "Reframing" whatever my voices are telling me helps me, allot. E.g. My voices often tell me I am a worthless psycho. I reframe that as, "I am a work of art in progress." It take persistence, but it helps.

Personally, the winter ho-ho doesn't affect me so much these days, but those long nights of the winter solstice affect me mightily. Only one more week until the days start getting longer again. Hurry sunshine!

today was really tough i was in extreme pain and had to go into t.r. dat program my husband made me do laundry i had an apointment today with the nurse practioner and then someone from pathways where i go came to see me boy i just wanted the day to end.then i asked my husband to get me something from the store and he jumped down my throute god i felt putting all this to an end for good.god help me

    I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying.  I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there.  I think that I will start writing in it again.  It's so therapeutic.
