everyones in my head!!

everywhere i go the people that are around me it constantly feels like there in my head they no my business. that im ill and it feels like everyone is stalking my thoughts... to me everyone who looks at me in my head is telling me that they think im worthless and no good... can anyone relate to this in anyway? another thing i am wondering if anyone can relate too is that say you are standing next to someone or behind them i see myself hurting them. for example punching them or grabbing there head and twisting it.. its disgusting thoughts but there not mine there so intrusive i hate it soo much... can anyone relate to any of this?

I can relate. Some medications I was on made the aggressive thoughts worse. Currently I dont really have those anymore but I do still get the feeling that people are reading my thoughts or listening to what is in my head or what the voices say to me. It is very disconcerting. Sorry you are dealing with this.

I was talking to my Tdoc and other people the other day. Probably more in the relationship question of what is normal so may end up confusing you more than helping. While what you spoken of are common at different stages of peoples life. There are however healthy and unhealthy levels. Which I'm really not qualified to say much on.


So really, its best to speak to a professional to see where you fit in that category.

If you have a diagnosiss and this is a new symptom again it worth bringing it up to your Pdoc

I feel the same way too, and it could be anyone i just saw, i'm in the process of trying to cure myself but i don't know if it will work, it makes me feel very angry when the voices do that because it almost feels like they want me dead, I try to shake it off but i can't, it's always there.
And when I have OCD and I stop repeating something I feel like they are going to attack me, one time I thought Jesus was listening to me and I was afraid to think anything bad so I would start get anxious more and hit my head so I wouldn't get in trouble.
