Do you ever get the feeling that there may be a little truth to your voices ? They cant just be making this stuff up , right ? Anyways my voices and I have come to an agreement that they can have my mind and it works really well. I'm not aloud to trust anyone they dont trust so I must watch everyone closely. I've become suspicious of the people around me , as I should because I think they're working with the government to mind control me. Its only a matter of time so , my voices and I , formulated a plan to kill them before they take my mind. Starts with ending the pills completely. Waiting for my next command from them.
My visual hallucinations are horrible my reflection is still messing with me she thinks its funny. The man on the stairs has come up the stairs he keeps poking his head in the room looking at me mocking me. But we all have a story.

Its comforting to know you guys care. I care about myself alot too , and I just know me fighting these voices wont be good for me. I'm weak thats how theyve won I have no choice but to listen.

The voices are made by your own freakin' brain! Of course you can fight them. You are creating them! I know that they seem to be separate from you but they are not. You need to be on meds to change the neurotransmitters in your brain to stop them. It is not a matter of them being stronger than you because they ARE you! So that you are fighting against yourself. Do you see how insane that is? There is nothing to fight for or against except for wellness. And that takes a pdoc and a tdoc. Simply put.

im sorry i make fun of ppl here. I make fun of my daughter at times...not all the time tho..
feel free to make fun of my depression, sometimes it makes me take a different point of view.

you do have choices, tell us what they are. what choices do you have, write them down and tell us what you think they are. let us help you out on this one ok? please. work with us ...and see how much we care.. i will help you out any way i can.. promise

We really do understand!!! We are all from different backgrounds ages etc and where we are with our treatments and are passing on what has worked for us. But we can't fight your battle for you a lot of it's up to you! I'd love a magic wand to take your and every ones pain away but it's not possible.

I know its not good to see them as a seperate part of me and I tried not to but I cant see them as part of me , they're so evil. I had time to think yesterday after getting high and I think it would be best if I just used marijuana instead of the anti's for now. I dont want to go to that hospital again and I know thats where they'll send me for the wayy they think I am. I cant go back there , I wont go back. I will make an appt with my therapist and hopefully see a new pdoc next week. But the rest of this week I just wanna be with my voices to hide from the government and everyone else...

I went to the new doctors office but they dont except my insurance so I will have to find another doctor. The search is on... -_-

Pot's not the answer, either. I totally get not wanting to be locked up again; anyone who has experienced it will.
You have to face the hallucinations directly, and tell yourself they are not real until you believe it. It can be hard when you are stressed out and they seem so much stronger, but keep at it. You will have this disease the rest of your life, and you either teach yourself to focus, or they lock you up until they are convinced you are complacent.

I'm trying really hard to see them as hallucinations but they are REAL ! They cant be stopped they hit me when I dont listen I just want peace of mind a happy medium with my voices so that when I'm happy they can be happy and so on.
I really dont want to deal with this I just need to be seen again and hopefully they can tell me whats going on and what needs to be done. the clinic I went to today was considering taking me to the hospital because I feel like harming someone. I just need time to think and all that jazz then I think I will be fine.

Hey,at least you sound like your having some fun with it.That is of some benefit in itself.Just don't let it turn you into some zombie,or murder or something.I've seen schizos who never took the medications."The Big Question"our we better off on the meds or off them?He was kind of crazy,but happy,and entertained.I can't force my beliefs on you about all the voices and hallucinations,so,i won't try.One little piece of advice i can give is don't loose your mind,yourself,your usefullness as a person.If your always you i don't believe you can go wrong!
