It is good not to trust everyone. If we trusted everyone blindly we would inevitibly get hurt, maybe even killed. To stay safe we must use common sense and intuition. But the voices are not people. They cant foretell the future, they lie, they are delusional thoughts of yours. They are not separate from you. They cannot help or hurt you. They are just a symptom of a brain disease. A symptoms of schizophrenia. The sooner you accept this the sooner you will get better. You can coexist with the voices without them controlling you. You dont have to do what they say. They have no power over you and cannot hurt you or punish you. They are harmless. They are just hallucinations...unreal. I have learned to live with my voices. They are in the background now and I can go about my day for the most part without them bothering me if my meds are working. Also if I tell someone, in my case my psychologist, what they are saying, he helps me see how irrational they are and helps me understand that they are a part of me and not some external force. They are simply a benign annoyance.

I will probably make a few posts as there is a lot here. But a few of my friends are struggling as well today and I want to help them as well.

The fact that you are ready to kill is a real warning sign. . You know in your heart this is wrong. What gives you any right to take life.


You are really are spending too much time by yourself and really need to talk to someone and fast. I do recommend you go to emergency so you can be checked out. I feel you are so much pain at moment and need help and support. .

Please do reply and keep us updated.... When was the last time you slept etc? Have you gone to emergency to get checked out? Please do! Please don't do anything you will regret later!

We would like to thank you for your concerns. We are definitely fine no emergency rooms they're waiting for us there. They definitely tried to get us last night but my voices saved me. I have been sleeping but maybe only a few hours. Eating schedule is thrown off but I'm sure I'm ohkay. My voices know what they're doing they're only looking out for my greater good , trying to protect me.

Ok your speaking of yourself as a third person, it's not healthy. Do you have a friend of family member who you do trust to go with you or just to talk to? Even if you just get something to help you sleep but do not self medicate and/ or stop taking anything that isn't prescribed. . Do question the voices! You are not a mindless slave to anyone or anything! I know it's hard to know who to believe but trust your heart. I know your running scared but trust yourself to ask for help. You have posted here for help you can do it to a doctor a friend a family member.

tell your psychiatrist that you might be having "command hallucinations" and explain to them what you explained to us.

dont hurt anybody for their sake and your sake and anybody else's sake involved.

SuyB, It is not wise to make fun of another in relapse. I remember clearly losing the ability to discern reality and believed the voices as omnipotent. I am really surprised at your post on here. I thought the rules were not to be insulting to another especially when one is unable to help themselves.

I myself am just fine living this way I dont see anything wrong with it right now. Whats so wrong with coping with voices the way I see fit ? Everyone has their ways and I dont think they're doing anything wrong or that we are hurting anyone at this point so it doesnt matter. My parents havent taken me to see my therapist or new pdoc YET theyre working on that part I'm sure I will go to see them at some point whether or not they think its a problem doesnt concern me. I think I'm ohkay though I feel perfect,

you are letting some thing control you and you could end up in prison for the rest of your life. because you trusted a delusion that your having...then what ?? the government will put you away in a heart beat and not care at all...
your telling us is very brave and im glad you can share, most people might keep it to them selves...
im hoping, that your looking for approval because your still afraid and you really don't want to just give in to it like you say...

You see shanese1992 some of us have been through what you originality posted. We also don't know if you are just joking around. Being in other parts of the world we can't offer much help as none of us are trained to help. It doesn't matter if you are just have a bit of fun as it is a cry for help. Even with just attention seeking behavioral you are talking about killing other people!!!!!!!!!! That's disturbing and you do need help.
