Yeah I get like that when I'm off my meds. It sucks cause you just gotta hope people understand. So really it's not your fault. It's good that you can understand that what you're doing is uncontrollable though. So what helped me is that realizing that thing you did, then next time it happens, you can have a better control on it and learn how to maybe next time avoid it.

that is true phony. you can even learn how to avoid believing delusions and discertaining hallucinations from reality by recognizing them from a time when you have had them before.
For me new ones pop up and I struggle greatly but when I am lucid again and know they are symptoms I dont have them again, even if I go psychotic. Just keep have to learning every time.

Yep, it's happened to me a bunch of times.

I've been aware that I'm feeling under the influence of what seems to be someone or something else controlling me, and then had trouble taking control back. I hurt my arm pulling it one way when it was being pulled in the opposite direction once.

I was in hospital last year and got in an extremely embarrassing situation where I just had to let myself go through the motions, because I felt like I'd been taken over and all I could do is roll with it.

Before the medication I would lose control on a weekly basis.

My meds aren't currently working so I am going through that right now horrible thoguhts seeing m yself do things I would never do etc...... My doc wants to try me on clozapine gonna give it a go
