I am having a day where I just feel very out of focus.
I have no goal today, no aspiration - I just don't know what
would feel better. My first thought is that a friend would be a good thing. It would be so good just to hang out and not go big picture about all of the lackings in my life and obstacles I need to surmount.
I used to beat myself up, at times like these and almost unconsciously. All I know now, is that a friend would be a good thing. I need a distraction. So I am just kind of reaching out.
