So, I've been diagnosed as schizophrenic about 5 years ago. Meds didn't help with voices till about one month ago. Meds did help with staying organized and my paranoia. I have alot of issues that I need help with. I just posted a lot of info at once and alfie suggested it was hard to follow. So, Im tweaking the paragraph. If you'd like to know more ask me here or send a message. Or if you need someone to talk to.

Hello Kris. Welcome to DS. Sorry for what brings you here but glad you are here.

That is, indeed, allot of different topics to cover in a single paragraph. I confess I was not able to follow it well, but that's okay. The important part is that you have taken that all important first step in reaching out. Time will take care of sorting the topics into more comprehensible chunks.

This particular forum is very slow moving, but DS is a big site. I hope you will take the time to surf around and see what other forums might resonate with you. Emotional support sure can help in sorting through the confusions of life.

That is interesting that the meds didn't work for five years. What did you learn regarding living with voices? Have you insights?

I hear voices all the time . No meds , when I did take them they didn't do anything for 600 bucks per month except make fat. Did your Family threaten you or stifle you ? Was there unreasonable behavior from people when you
went out ? People nodding in acknowledgement for some matter or another ?
Provocation ? I been through it all for many years as well as countless breakins
and theft from my vehicles and dwelling.

    I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying.  I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there.  I think that I will start writing in it again.  It's so therapeutic.
