Ive been paranoid my whole life and sense a presence in my house that makes me feel really disturbed I know its in my mind, I also see things like small bright lights all over the room when its dark.
Im really hypersensitive and take everything to heart which makes me anxious. I have bad problems keeping relationships and I tend to spend more and more time on my own now, also my impulses seem to win everytime which makes it hard for me to get anything done.
Do these sound like symptoms of schizophrenia if so what do I need to do?

Some form of counselling is also a steep to take. , It doesn't require a referral even if you don't get a diagnosis from what you have posted. it sounds like you do need help there. There are many op[tions with this one because even most churches run free counselling sessions.
