Sarcoidosis is an immune system disorder characterised by non-necrotising granulomas (small inflammatory nodules). Virtually any organ can be affected, however, granulomas most often appear in the lungs or the lymph nodes. Symptoms can occasionally appear suddenly but more often than not appear gradually.

I'am not taking any of those "NASTIES" myself. This is my name for drugs such as Prednisone, Imuran, Methorexate, Embrel, Humira, and Remicade to name ones that I'am pretty sure of the spelling. Read of my "bio" here with Daily Strength and you'll know why. It has to do with the fact I'am a high risk to get stomach cancer and taking such name drugs listed above I very well develop a bleeding stomach ulcer. That's one step for most people before they develop stomach cancer. Meanwhile I'am having so much pain in my legs, knees, and now my ankles, I'll just take Prednisone for that. I die, I die, it's really no big deal anymore of all that has happened in my life.
