Sarcoidosis Support Group

Sarcoidosis is an immune system disorder characterised by non-necrotising granulomas (small inflammatory nodules). Virtually any organ can be affected, however, granulomas most often appear in the lungs or the lymph nodes. Symptoms can occasionally appear suddenly but more often than not appear gradually.

my nose hurt's little sore's, there so painefull
and i all ready have allergy's to go with it.
when i keep it moist'it feel's a little better.
i feel like ...like oh well.

Are you on oxygen? If you are that is probably the cause and moisture is the answer! I have horrible sores that just don't heal no matter what I do. I don't know if there is anything else that causes this so you should check with your doctor. Sarah

my sore's in my nose come and go,,,,i take a QTIP AND PUT
A LITTLE VASELIN ONTMENT ON THE TIP AND IT KEEP'S IT MOIST
THEN IT GO'S AWAY,,,,OH WELL THAT IS WHAT WORK'S FOR ME
WHEN IT DRYS THAT'S WHEN IT HURT'S.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Have you tried a humidifier? It will keep moisture in the air. Maybe that will help.

I had sarcoid lungs, outside heart, liver, spot in upper frontal lobe and DRY NOSE. I was sent to sarcoid specialist for head (a fancy plastic surgeon if you can believe it). HE TOLD ME NEVER TO USE VASELINE IN MY NOSE (which I had been doing - anything is better than nothing, right?). Anyway he gave me an RX cream and my dry nose went away but it took 2 RXs for it to go away! GOD BLESS!

RX CREAM HUH, I'M GOING TO ASK MY DOCTOR ABOUT THAT OH YEAH,
GUESS WHAT MY NOSE HAVE NOT HAD ANY SORES SENCE, I USED THE VASILINE,SO FARE ,THANK GOD NO PAINFULL, FEELING, I THINK PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO JUST MAKE MONEY,,,,,,,,,,,,
BUT WHAT EVER WORKS RIGHT
