Zinc for hair problems

When I was losing hair due to a med (years before RA dx, I was advised to take zinc tablets by a hospital nurse. I found it worked really well for me
but please check it by your own doctor first..

Hi, when I started my MTX treatment, I was also prescribed Folic Acid to offset the hair loss and mouth sores.

I was also prescribed folic acid to counteract the hair loss and other effects of mtx.

What cured my MTX hair loss was 5000 mcgs of Biotin daily. Not only did the loss stop but my hair has beautiful body (was always limp) and my nails are growing hard and long as well!
