Dx about 2 1/2 years ago. Failed sulfasalazine and methotrexate. Put on Enbrel with good results for about 1 1/2 years then having visible changes in the joing along with increased pain and stiffness. Started on Xeljanz 5 weeks ago. I feel terrible. Fatigue, low grade afternoon temps, stiffness that lasts all day, shooting pains in my joints, especially my hands. I have to try this for full 2 months. Has anyone taken this and had it take a while to help? I know it's not always instant relief but I guess I was spoiled by my quick response to Enbrel.

I was on it 5 months last year, and it did nothing for me. But I am becoming med resistant, so it might work for you.

I have not been on xeljanz yet, but I do not think I have heard of good results from this.

I was on it. Didnt do anything for me but give me daily headaches. Didnt help RA

I finally figured out that is why I am having 3-4 headaches a week now too! Plus I've gained 10 pounds :-(

I've been on high dose prednisone for pneumonia, and now I am slowly weaning. But lots of symptoms I don't like having, plus overeating has put at least 10 lbs on me.
