I have Psoriatic arthritis, but peek in now and then to the RA site.
I have changed my diet to a anti inflammatory restricted Vegan diet, it has really helped with the inflammation.

I am working on a PhD in theology, which doesn't leave me a lot of time for posting. My RA is pretty much under control, except the increasing damage, that is really catching up with me. Sigh!
I must be the only person who is not upset about the new DS format platform. It took time to adjust, of course, but it is what it is and I don't even remember how it used to be.
I am on a new medication and still having a lot of swelling in my hands. I go see my rheumatologist in a couple of weeks. I do not want to change meds again.

I am now just waiting about the disability review. I restarted my Actemra yesterday and was able to talk the Hematologist out of another bone marrow biopsy.
Very tired and resting today.
