I have Psoriatic arthritis, but peek in now and then to the RA site.
I have changed my diet to a anti inflammatory restricted Vegan diet, it has really helped with the inflammation.

Heyya Gal! I was trolled (I think is the expression) by a poster on some posts so rather than getting pissed and making my BP surge I basically left the place.

I suspect it's all across this site - at least, the other two groups I was visiting frequently are totally dead. And that's a shame; I'd love to make checking into a vibrant site a daily habit. I'm confused by this - I don't see how the site remains viable economically with no traffic.

I have found all of DS to be slow. I think other social media platforms have taken over. i won't even go into how horribly frustrating DS has been since they migrated to this site, which doesn't meet anyone's needs.

I am working on a PhD in theology, which doesn't leave me a lot of time for posting. My RA is pretty much under control, except the increasing damage, that is really catching up with me. Sigh!

I must be the only person who is not upset about the new DS format platform. It took time to adjust, of course, but it is what it is and I don't even remember how it used to be.

Hi hope you are doing well. I am on the site sporadically. I am new to the site so I do not know how it used to be.

I am on a new medication and still having a lot of swelling in my hands. I go see my rheumatologist in a couple of weeks. I do not want to change meds again.
Jonsparky I have wondered about a plant based diet and if it is helpful.

Plant-based diet helps with MANY health issues. It is recommended now by mainstreamers like the AMA. It also lowers your carbon footprint. Good for the planet. Eliminating soda, sugary carbs and going plant-based will help with your weight and overall health like lowering cholesterol levels.

Glad you are still alive! Hope your flu battle is nearing an end. Do you get flu shots? Did yo take Tamiflu?

I'm up to my eyeballs in problems and haven't had time to do anything but crisis management. I was just about to post about one of my crises and see if you good folks have any experience.

Hey there; long time. I got so totally frustrated with the "new" format I just quit. I really just hate it. Got a friend request last week so I popped back in; its still slow and confusing and hardly anyone I used to talk to are still here, sad. I was so grateful for all of participation and knowledge I received from the old site and the support from "friends" was incalculable, so I miss it. Guess I'll give this one a try. Hope things are good in your world. Trish

I made 2 posts. One is about a major disability review and the other is about pancreas problems. I have an MRCP scheduled for Friday. I am thinking autoimmune pancreatitis, but my doctor doesn't. I don't know what to hope for. Finding nothing doesn't solve the problem, so I need something to be found. It just needs a simple, solvable solution.

I am now just waiting about the disability review. I restarted my Actemra yesterday and was able to talk the Hematologist out of another bone marrow biopsy.

Very tired and resting today.
