I used to have body twitching and my body would literally jump when sometimes and jerk. That is what led me to the MS testing. I don't have MS. THe gluten free diet helped with the twitching a lot.
Twitching and fasiculations (sp) are common...and get worse with less sleep, more caffeine, less fluid intake, and more exercise.

Mostly, it's the legs and the back plus when I'm tired, it's one of my eyelids.
