I'm having the hardest time just getting a full nights sleep. I'm either waking because my hips and back are hurting so bad I can't stand it or I just can sleep well. Sometimes I have leg cramps but this is more rare. I just wish I could sleep! Anyone else have trouble sleeping? I do not want to take anything to sleep either.

i have to take amien, and then i still wake up, usually to go get an ice bag, neck, shoulder. always something

It doesn't help you sleep at all, in fact it makes you stay awake and then you 'll gain weight too.
Then there is the mood factor from Prednisone, Made me very cranky and got headaches too.
Take a hot bath before bed, to help relax your legs.
