A friend with stage 4 cancer recently asked me to chair a committee for a cancer charity, and I felt terrible about it, but I had to say no. Cut back to what matters and don't over committ yourself. I still work full time, and the most important thing is to be there for my kids & family, everything else is cut back to nothing!
i feel walnuts(omega 3) help my fatigue. i have been noticing a slight difference in my fatigue since i started eating walnuts 1/4th cup every day (started a week ago). (any food that has omega 3 helps fatigue - i learnt this in my internet research about fatigue)
good meditation 10 mns everyday helps me be calm on emotional stress
simple and easy exercises and stretching helps me real good especially when i feel very tired. stretching really helps impulsing every nerve in our body and gives instant energy.
so far i felt these are much much helpful to me.

Ice pack made by frozen bag of limas covered with thin towel
Sombra cooling cream for muscle pain relief
A "Grip 'n Go claw" with long handle that I purchased at Lowe's Home Improvement to pick up things off floor
Dustpan with long handle so don't have to bend
Pot holders where your hands fit into
Hoover Linx cordless vacuum cleaner
Mueller knee straps to wear under knees when going up stairs
A husband that cleans showers
Ive also started taking notes on my phone. Had the phone for over a year but never thought of it.
Helps alot. I also set alarms on my phone for remembering things other then my medications.
I'm learning. Ive always been a scatter brain with ADHD & all but the RA has really complicated everything for me.
The "Grab it" Not sure if its the right name, but you use it to pick things up with, I'm thinking it would be great for helping with things higher up. Shoulders get so sore I hate struggling to reach so I'm thinking it might be worth investing in.
Ive heard of others recommending it so thought I'd list it.
