Today is a good day though. Just had a visit from my favorite niece and great nephew. Fun afternoon and minimal pain and stiffness.
Can't complain today. :-) I'm hoping for more of the same tomorrow,
There's nothing like baby smiles and giggles to cheer a person up.

Oh I am so sorry Kim, you have been through a lot. You really need a break from all this pain and discomfort. I have been achy and not feeling well myself. My knee is sore so I am icing it. Took pain meds. I think it is the shift in weather and tomorrow's precip coming in the form of snow again. usually a dat or two before precip, I feel pretty bad. And now a migraine is coming on to boot. Hope you are feeling better Kim. Hope we both are. Take good care of yourself.

I hope that those of you who feel terrible start feeling better and those who are doing OK stay that way.

It is 20 degrees here today. Yesterday it was almost 70 degrees. Crazy! It is snowing up north, there was a 30 car pile up in Denver. There have been some flurries here. They say that we can expect ice storms tonight. That is the worst especially since all of the trees have begun to bud out.

Hard for all of us, trees and people, to adjust to the constant weather changes.

OMG Nerot, that drastic change in weather 70's to 20's would send me straight over the edge for certain. When we go from 30's to 10 like it was on Friday, that sends me into a tail spin and I hurt all over. Hope everyone feels better real soon, Nerot be careful with those ice storms. Those I can imagine can be wicked.

Gotta 'love' springtime! So nice yesterday that I spent all day trail riding. This evening - ice storm warnings for most of my state. On a side note, might get to sleep in tomorrow if school's cancel :)

But these extremes really mess with us! Grrrrrr....
