Knee surgery was delayed yesterday but I had it I'm in ALOT of pain and on meds so I hope I make sence on here thank you all for the best wishes. It was worse than the dr thought once he got in there. I have no cartlage left and my miniscis wasn't torn it was actually deformed he had to reshape it but there wasn't much else he could do. He says we looking at possible patial knee or full replacement if this doesn't relieve my pain. And in about 3 weeks I'm supposed to get the other knee scoped and I suspect it may be worse too.

Sorry you are feeling so poorly. I've had the knee arthroscopic surgery twice. In the last one the surgeon had to remove all the medial meniscus. Left me with permanent knee pain. I sure hope the repair on your meniscus heals well. That's an important little piece there.

I'm sorry it was so painful and worse than expected. But it does sound like you had a talented surgeon who rolled with the punches to fix what he could. I hope his magic works & you don't have to do it again.

I'm glad that you did have the surgery but sorry that your knee was so damaged. Wishing you a quick and complete recovery. Sounds as if your surgeon is really good. Rest up and take it easy.

I'm pretty happy for you to get the surgery over with so you don't have to psyche yourself up to do it again at a later date.

Hi Kimberley, you are one tough cookie. I am glad you had your knee done. So Sorry you are not feeling well. Rest, elevate, and ice. It sounds pretty bad and you have no cartilage. I do hope the pain is relieved. Hang in there girl.
