Be honest: Be honest with him and most importantly with yourself. You're not lazy or being a deadbeat, you just haven't found out how to make it all work yet.
Ask for the help: Even though you may not feel like you need it 100% now, later on when no one is there (ie your home alone) you will appreciate that you got the help earlier.
Make sure you're getting space: Don't allow frustration take over and allow it to become nasty arguments. If there is something you two planned to do together but you don't feel up to it, let him go without you. Talk about it, have him send you pics or what not, but chaining him down can cause problems too. If he loves you he will take the time to try and understand. I hope you find some relief and remission soon...There is a lot of cool things to get out there and do, I hope you are able to do all of them!
