supplements have to get into your system first which can take weeks. I couldnt wait that long. So while i dont think they are neccessarily s bad think. I dont really think they will make your RA go away.
Supplements are for general overall health for me... help me stay regular, help balance where I do not eat enough of the right things, keep my cholesterol in check, etc.
I took supplements LONG before RA and always thought they helped me .... but as far as getting rid of RA... didn't happen for me.

I've heard that there are pharma-grade omegas in dosages of 7000 or so, and that might help with getting in a big dose. I'm writing that down on my list of things to talk to my rheumy about at my next visit.
