My feet are the WORST part. And you can't stay off of them. You can not do as much, but you can't stay completely off of them. New shoes, orthotics, gel insoles, ice, nothing helps. There are days when I just want to crawl instead of walk, but then my knees hurt and I can't get up off the floor. I don't know how to win.

My feet are terrible. I have to buy new shoes every 10 mos. The minute they start to wear out in get horrible pain.

I had horrible feet pain.. had surgery on both feet thinking it was plantar fasciitis.. a small part may have been but my RA dr said it was probably the ra...ugh.. I would cry in the shower because it hurt so bad... its hard to rest your feet...I have found dr teals Epsom salt helps greatly... wont last long but will take the edge off... do it nightly for about a week and it will help...

Yes and it's winter here so it's at it worst for me. OUCH.

My feet are my worst. I had the right one reconstructed, and then it hurt worse for 8 years. I finally had the titanium screw removed, and now I can walk on that foot.

Not so much the other foot. The bunion is huge, my toes are a crossed mess, and the fat pads are huge. I walked through a farmer's market on pavement a few weeks ago. For about 45 minutes. I was crying for 2 days after that "walk." Even with damage, my feet don't hurt as much as when my meds have failed, or in the early years when I "wasn't severe" and poorly medicated.

My thought it to demand a biologic with a DMARD. Hopefully you will have caught it early enough, not to need your feet reconstructed. Which really didn't work well for me! By the way, people who are sero-negative are more likely to have hand and feet problems. For some reason, that is classed as less severe. Right, because who needs hands or feet to function!

My feet are the worst part of this disease and I am a pest control professional. I spend all day every day on my feet carrying a service kit. Unless I can learn to fly will be in pain all day.

Feet are the worst. Every once in a while I get out of bed forgetting what will happen when my feet hit the floor. Crash! Usually, I do remember and it makes me want to stay in bed. And yes, the shower floor is torture!

When they hurt so bad... the blanket on your bed is too heavy and increases your pain?! Yep... that RA pain is real in the feet!!!

I wrap my feet in heating pad when I get home from work.... feels so good!
