Yesterday, I started Xeljanz and I feel like a basket case, jumpy, couldn't sleep, agitated, etc. it's hard to stay calm and centered in the midst of all this jitteriness
Low pain to all
By 'lots' I should be more specific, I ate some... Historically speaking I'm a terrible eater. A few hand fulls of spinach or salad greens from the garden was enough for the day. When I was very well behaved I'd do it every day and not run into the nausea or hair loss issue at all. Eating stuff I don't like isn't a big deal for me if I know it will make me feel better.
Since then, my eating habits have improved. I think that experience really taught me that food is a lot more important than most of us give it credit for. I do some juicing and make smoothies. Adding a bit of greens isn't that noticeable and is a good supplement to my diet. Good luck!
