I've described it like "sunburn" under the skin. An ice pack sometimes helps.

Like others here, it does happen from time to time - usually my hands rather than feet. Hope it passes quickly.

The bad part about shoving my feet into ice is that cold kills my bones and joints. Lynne is so right about RA bouncing around. This morning I can't stop drooling.A 50 year old that drools ! BUT chins up, it could always be worse. No matter how bad I get I remind myself there are other ALOT worse than me!!
