I take sulfaslezine and mobic added to it every other day. I had no problems with this combo but after I was dx'd it took me 6 weeks to adjust and have my aches and pains mostly go away and then it brought me back about 94%. I have some on going problems with my hand but I have been able to tolerate the drug and it works for me.
I as well as others have a fatique problem. I am best in the morning and descrease in energy slowly through the day and am ready to call it a day by 7 and just relax. If you are alergic to sulfa this drug can be a problem and I am not sure what symptoms would start to show you that. Read about the drug and see if anyone else replies. I had the headaches for about 3 weeks until my body adjusted to the drug..........It took a little while until we got the dosage correct........As with any of this stuff, you have to see what amount your body can tolerate........Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks Renee and Smoothie for your answers. I rang my Rheumatologist on Monday and he suggested going back to a lowetr dose to see if that helped and, if not, to stop until I see him next week. He also thought it may be a virus making me feel like I did which it well could be. I guess we all tend to blame RA and the meds before we look for any other cause.
I feel better than I did, not good so will just see how this week goes.
