RA in Feet...new & awful

Never had the RA hit my feet like this,can barely walk with a cane.
Went to rheummy today and had both injected,helped with other joints but not this time.any suggestions for repief etc.Thx,Kath

Ohh, Rosierose, you're foot bath is making my heart sing! lol It sounds so wonderful.
When my feet are bad, i think it feels like the bones are breaking.

I bought the insoles my doctor recommended, and put them in a pair of Romeos. Not very daity. I have small feet and had the cutest tiny shoes. Would love to wear something else, but I don't want to buy a pair of shoes only to find they don't work. One of these days, though, I'm gonna find a second pair of shoes!

i know how that feels. I broke small bones in both feet at different times years before i got ra and now any little thng will send them into a flair and its so painful. I find the only thing that helps is making sure i always wear good supporting shoes and put my feet up whenever I can. Heat helps a little and so does a foot spa which is bliss when I have sore feet.
