Reading this thread made me feel SO MUCH BETTER. I'm almost in tears because I've been driving myself crazy blaming myself. I keep reading about all these health coaches and personal trainers with RA who swear by diet and exercise. I can only do gentle stretches now because of all the painful complications of my RA and couldn't even dance at my sister's wedding.
Remicade has helped me a lot though. Without that and my methotrexate I can hardly walk. So I have absolutely no plans to stop any of my medications.
