(Do I tell them the truth????? NO)
"Fine, thanks"
These days I usually only ever tell my husband how I truly feel because he is the only one who holds me and listens to me as I cry. Perhaps that is the true meaning of invisible illness, because rarely do they see our tears.

I want people to talk to me as a normal person, I want normal conversation, if your sick you have to say why and then you sound sick.
Forget that! They will never understand, so I quit explaining. If I feel bad that I can't go out, I say so. But otherwise, I'm ok. =)
