I just pull them too because I have very dry mouth from RA and my teeth have cavities no matter how careful I am, and my dentist and I just have the goal of hanging on to the front ones and putting stainless steel caps on the rest, as soon as its needed. I have one molar on the bottom left still intact, and all my top ones, although I was only born or grew three on each side.
