Volksvegan....I've been timid about it as well. I'll update after my appointment on Monday.
I am supposed to go to PT as well, I have been putting it off (shame on me). I am eager to read others' replies.
Just wanted to pop in and say I wish you the best of luck with your therapy.....sending you very gentle "non-shoulder-involved" hugs of support! : )
Keep us posted, please!
Scarlett.....Shame on me for not going either. But, I've finally decided I've got to do something. Thanks for the well wishes! I hope you're doing okay!
my left shoulder hurts too. but i believe its from my neck. i have problems with my neck. cant sleep on my left side from almost 10 yrs now. but last flare in May got it worse and my left arm became useless. i cant lift it up, hold anything, shoulder hurts, neck hurts and thinking of asking my rheumy for an x-ray of my neck and shoulder tomorrow. i have been going to PT for yrs for my neck and back and they do help a lot. i love PT. i wanna go again PT but now i dont have insurance so taking back. i really dont know how bad my shoulder is.
but i would suggest you to go to PT and MAKE SURE YOU REPEAT ALL ABOUT YOUR SHOULDER and i guess PT would definitely help you. but i am worried about the cysts. rest everything can get better with PT. good luck.
