I had trouble too. I guess the biggest problem was that my old password was 6 characters, and they now demand 8 or more. Not like the login page said that or anything . . . Yes, the new design is difficult on many levels.

The password reset bug has been resolved for two days so if you're still having trouble, put in a ticket. They were responsive when I sent a less than cordial message ...

I hate the new site. My eyes don't adapt well to the constant increase and decrease in font size.....and the unworldly amount of space that is taken up by adds and the horrible "friends, support groups, and journals" banner above. Insane. Convinced a group of 20 years olds with 20/20 vision built it and have no clue how hard it is for those older adults to focus.
Won't be coming here very often in the future....if at all.

I gave them a hard time for launching the site without implementing any of the fixes that were recommended during beta testing. They fixed the login bug within 24 hours of that message, a couple of days after launch. Hopefully, they'll start implementing the other changes soon. The formatting issues for replies are driving me nuts. Way too small, and I NEED paragraphs and to be able to see the difference between a comma and a period. I don't see any ads, I guess AdBlock is doing its job.

I've noticed the last two days, I've been able to login easily. Before that, no way. I, too, prefer the former site. I keep telling myself that "I will get used to it." But, it just doesn't have the same vib. Right now, I'm not liking different or complicated. However, I realize, life doesn't always give you what you're looking for. Otherwise, I'd be pain free, in Paris, with boundless energy.instead, I'm facing surgery this Wednesday. Trying to get psyched up for it. Anyway, I hope you all have low pain and high energy for the Fourth. I love the Fourth of July.

I'm also able to log in easily now. Although, I can barely read any responses- the print is so tiny. That I don't think I'll get used to.

I agree, the print is too small. Also, does anybody else have a problem tracking posts? It used to be convenient to look at the Index and find the posts. With this format, I can't remember where I replied, so I have to hunt down posts. Frustrating!

Yes, I have a problem tracking posts, too. Maybe we all should choose 5 consecutive dates and not post at all. Send a message to them......

It just ate a long reply I made on the prednisone post: the orange send button was looking anemic and it wouldn't work.

Many things are frustrating. The light grey used for "back to all posts" and to note the # of replies is so light-colored it doesn't show up at all in certain lighting. When typing a reply, you can only see two or three lines of type at once. Many of us write long posts or answers, and this is not conducive to length. And why, why, when you try to go back to the list of posts, do you get the full-screen picture and the description of RA? It's tiresome.

I had the dead "Send" button all morning. What a waste of time.

Let's not get too frustrated and quit this site. You are all too important to me! Let's wait it out and hope for resolutions to our issues. Ya, that giant picture + description of RA at the top gets tiresome!

Altoclef, I agree with each point you made. The light grey was not a good idea; It's depressing and difficult to read.

Hmm, just checking to see if the send button is working! It seems like the print is a lot darker, and the font bigger in the send box. Now they just have to increase the size of the font, and I will be happy!
