I get infusions, I love orencia. Took over 6 months for it to kick in, but once it started, it was great.
I still get flares, but not as bad and not as often. Some months I'm on top of the world, then I get a month I feel the infusion was only water. But it's still the best one so far for me.

other ones I've used (humira, enbrel, remicade, orencia infusions) gave me more flu-like symptoms
I found my side effects have decreased over time (been on Orencia for about 18 months, first year infusions, then switched to injectibles)
Have a blessed day!
hugs,
