There are many whole food choices with omega-3 besides fish, like flax seed (sprinkle on salads or cereal), kidney, pinto, and mungo beans, walnuts, spinach, winter squash, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado and more. Your body absorbs omega-3 found in whole food better than in supplements. Google is your friend! :)
but i dump ground flax seed into every breakfast. your list below lynne with an e is pretty much my daily diet. i don't eat salmon as a vegan and i miss out on all that good stuff you salmon eaters are getting :)
i didn't know i was absorbing it better from food. nice to know

Ok - feel much better about giving these a try - thanks!
Well 1 year after taking the krill my triglycerides are 277 my total cholesterol is 262- my good is low and my bad is high so now they want me on statins given family history & RA.
I asked my GP how that can be and she said she sees it happen to post menopause women and that fish oil really doesn't help lower cholesterol, prevent heart attacks or strokes.
So all I am is a little lighter in the pocketbook considering the cost of that Omega red Krill Oil.
