Man I have things hurting I have never felt before. This surgical procedure Thursday better be damn well worth it!!! I feel like things are breaking & sticking and swelling............just get me to Friday and my pills. This must be what drug addicts go thru, it sucks

oh, I can absolutely just feel your pain right now and I'm freaked out about it too, because I'll be doing the same thing before my hand surgery on Sept 30th.

Hope your surgery goes perfectly and you can get right back on your NSAIDS ASAP! Hang in there!

I empathize. I can't have anti-inflammatories or mtx for 9 more weeks. Got my Orencia back last week, and yes, I felt like a junkie sticking that needle into myself!

I'm glad all went well.
Went without anti inflammatories for couple days before a procedure. Your right things hurt you did not realize could hurt.
Heck it hurt to cry.
Could not imagine long term.
Perhaps not taking them for even a short time will help the meds be more effective. Something positive with the suffering in between.

I'm so sorry.... my dad had to go thru that w/ his arthritis meds before having surgery.

Everything went very well. Now back on Meloxicam, and noticed a difference right away. Good ol drugs!!! Trish
