So- to not get too discouraged, and to use the intelligence God gave me, I got the Wii Fit out again-first time since Christmas, been scared to death of it-and decided that I would be very careful, take it slowly. I love the stretching exercises and balance. Can't put my foot up on my other leg--hurts (I have sore legs), so I dont' do that one. That is the good thing, you can choose what you can do. I don't do what I can't do and yet I do some movement. Yoga is nice, breathing is good. Love that and so we learn.
