my joints are killing me today

especially my elbows any great ideas on how to help them. i have braces for my wrists so that helps there but its a horrible flare day

Went to the er and got a shot to help with the pain feeling better for now. Will call rheumy on monday to see about gettin something for bad flare days.

Have you tried Diclofenac cream? It is a plo-gel. It doesn't usually work for me, but the elbow joints must be near enough the surface for it to penetrate through.

I do get where you are at. Xeljanz was declared an epic fail by my rheumatologist, and I am popping pills like mad just to get up and walk across the room.

You need to tell you rheumy you want a biologic because you cannot stand the pain, if you are not on one. I did that, and it worked for me. Except they keep failing! But a least a few good years.
