I do get where you are at. Xeljanz was declared an epic fail by my rheumatologist, and I am popping pills like mad just to get up and walk across the room.
You need to tell you rheumy you want a biologic because you cannot stand the pain, if you are not on one. I did that, and it worked for me. Except they keep failing! But a least a few good years.
