In Australia, Methotrexate pills come as 10mg tablets. So for 25mg, I just take 2 and a half tablets. I've always taken them all at once
However, I'm sure I've read where people do split the dose over two days, but check with your doctor first.
Have you thought about doing MTX injections rather than pills. Not being able to sleep at night is the pits. You need your sleep.

I never thought I could handle giving myself injections. I still can't even look at the needle when they draw my labs or do my infusions. It took a few weeks, but what did carrotop say? I put my boots on & started stomping? (Ima steal that one carrot. I like it!)
